4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations for event space rentals must be made in writing within the timeframe specified in the rental agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable.

  • Framing orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, as materials are custom-ordered.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Use the Site to infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Misrepresent your identity or attempt unauthorized access to the Site.
